How can I use the Spectrum Enterprise APIs?

Reference the Spectrum Enterprise® Client API Technical Specification -
Ticketing Guide to learn:

  • How to register/sign up to create an account to use the APIs.
  • How to obtain security tokens to make the API calls.
  • Currently available endpoints.
  • Detailed specifications of each endpoint.
     

The current API functions are:

  • Trouble Ticketing 
    • Submit issues directly from your ticketing system to ours.
    • Get status updates on open tickets in real-time.
    • Latest updates:
      • Creating tickets: When submitting an issue, you can now specify the date and time you first noticed the problem. You can also provide the availability of each contact in addition to the site availability.
      • Retrieving sites: The response you get when retrieving sites now includes a site count.
      • Retrieving tickets: You can now filter by resolved date and/or closed date and the response has 4 additional fields.
      • Retrieving circuits: The API call now accepts circuit id as a query parameter in the path to allow the validation of a specific circuit id.
