TV for healthcare

Spectrum Business® TV for healthcare has three service platforms to choose from — Fiber Connect Plus, Set Back Box and TV Streaming Access.

• Fiber Connect Plus delivers HDTV programming and your custom content to TVs across your facility. It is ideal for video systems integration or as an economical standalone solution.
• Set Back Box provides your patients with a homelike viewing experience and includes an interactive guide, on-demand library, the ability to pause, rewind and fast forward live TV, digital signage and custom content* and logo insertion.
• TV Streaming Access enables your patients to stream live TV and on-demand content on their in-room TVs and personal devices. It is available as an add-on to Fiber Connect Plus and Set Back Box or can be a standalone service. It’s accessed via an app or browser and includes an interactive guide with advanced search features and custom content insertion.

To find the best solution for your location, consider the following:

• All programming bundles and packages are available on all TV services. See enterprise.spectrum.com/channels for options.
• If you have or are planning to add an interactive patient system (IPS) or a property operating system (POS), Fiber Connect Plus is ideal for use with these platforms. Check with the IPS or POS provider to see if they prefer video delivered in QAM or IP format.
• If you want an interactive programming guide or on-demand programming content, both Set Back Box and TV Streaming Access provide these features.
• If you want any of the following features — the ability to pause, rewind and fast forward live TV, digital signage, pillow speaker integration, or your logo on the user interface — Set Back Box can deliver all of them.
• If you have custom programming content that you would like to have inserted into the channel lineup, Fiber Connect Plus, Set Back Box* and TV Streaming Access offer this capability. 
• If you want programming content that can be viewed on mobile devices, tablets or computers, TV Streaming Access is the perfect choice. You can also view this content on TVs via Apple TV or Roku devices.
