How do I submit a Form 1099 to Spectrum Business?

All Spectrum Mid-Market and Enterprise Business services are provided by Charter Communications Holdings, LLC through one or more affiliated disregarded members. Annually, all Spectrum Mid-Market and Enterprise Business customers who have paid us $600 or more during the year are required by the IRS to prepare and provide us with a Form 1099. We will provide a Form W-9 with the legal entity information needed in order to prepare Form 1099 You can mail your Form 1099 to the address listed on your Form W-9.
