How can I troubleshoot my EPL/EVPL service?

Refrain from rebooting equipment unless directed to do so by technical support.

 

No connection across your circuit

If you have no connection, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure your router or switch and Spectrum's equipment have power.
  • Make sure your router or switch does not have any loose or damaged connections to the Spectrum equipment.
  • Attempt to ping across your LAN network.
