How do I port-out my telephone numbers from Spectrum Business for enterprise to another service provider?
Contact your new service provider for guidance on porting your telephone numbers. During the port-out process, your new service provider follows their internal process to retrieve a CSR (Customer Service Record), which is an internal record of your account listing all active telephone numbers associated with your account, from Spectrum Business for enterprise. Please note that FCC regulations prevent Spectrum Business for enterprise from providing CSRs to clients.
