What support is offered with DDoS Protection?
Spectrum Enterprise recently launched its new DDoS Protection solution, with proactive or reactive support options.
All enrolled clients will receive the Client DDoS Summary Report twice a month, with detailed insights into their organization’s recent cyber security data. On-demand reports are also available upon request.
When threats have been mitigated by Spectrum Enterprise, clients will also receive DDoS Mitigation Summary Report with information pertinent to that specific event.
