I am seeing an error when logging in. How do I access SpectrumEnterprise.net?
If you see an error like “We're sorry, something didn't work quite right” or “Unable to verify your identity” when signing in, try these steps:
- Try a different browser.
Open Chrome, Edge or Firefox and try signing in. If it works in one but not another, the cause is likely browser specific.
- Try incognito or private browsing mode.
If allowed by your organization's security policies, open an Incognito window (Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N) or InPrivate window (Edge: Ctrl+Shift+N). Then go to SpectrumEnterprise.net and try signing in. This bypasses cached data, cookies and most browser extensions.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data > then select “Cookies" and "Cached images" > Clear
- Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy > Choose what to clear > then select “Cookies” and “Cache” > Clear now
- Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > then select “Clear browsing data” > under “When” select “Everything” > make sure “Cookies and site data” and “Temporary cached files and pages” are checked > then select “Clear” > restart browser
- Try from a different network.
If allowed by your organization’s security policies, try from a home WiFi or mobile hotspot. If this works, the issue may be with your corporate network. Continue for tips for your IT team.
Work with your IT team
Your IT team may need to update network or security settings for the sign-in process to work correctly. Share the following information with them.
Domains that must be accessible
To support sign in, your network must allow uninterrupted access to these domains:

SSL inspection bypass required
If your organization uses a web proxy or firewall that performs SSL inspection, also called HTTPS inspection, SSL decryption or TLS interception, these domains must be added to the SSL inspection bypass or exclusion list.
Simply allowing access may not be enough. If the security tool decrypts and re-encrypts traffic, sign-in security checks will fail. The traffic must pass through untouched.
