Do I need a Form W-9 from Spectrum Business for enterprise?

All Spectrum Business for enterprise services are provided by Charter Communications Holdings, LLC through one or more affiliated disregarded members. Annually, all Spectrum Business for enterprise customers who have paid us $600 or more during the year are required by the IRS to prepare and provide us with a Form 1099. We will provide a Form W-9 with the legal entity information needed in order to prepare Form 1099. If you need a Form W-9 click here for a listing of Form W-9’s that can be downloaded.
